I posted a videos and a simple steps to recreate this bug. People reported this issue as "micro stuttering" or "fps drops", because it looks like your framerate freezes for a split second. This bug is not just a random thing, it appears every couple seconds during all of your playthrough. It's a broken game code, that gives ingame micro stuttering every single time you stop and then walk or run. Daniels is MIA and we're unlikely to see any updates. So yeah, I think Square Enix completely took over the PC port and failed to work with Platinum to get updates out. It has nothing to do with your specs, drivers or your input device. Daniels is part of the Square Enix community team and hasn't been on steam in 137 days (Sept 6 2017). If not, than why do you need our bug reports? I reported a while ago a bug with camera stuttering.
